For better security and easier access. 

You will now need to Create a User Profile.  On the Sign in page before this one,  you should have clicked on "Create User Profile"

To Proceed Here, Confirm your account - enter your account number (include the dash) and name as it appears on your bill. 

To Activate Your Account - Create a Username and Password. Please make sure that your information, especially your username and email address is correct before you register your account.

*** It is recommended not to use your account number as your Username ***

After you have registered your account, you should receive an email with a subject line: "eSuite UM Account Creation Requested". It has a link that you will need to click on to fully activate your account.
